New Developments in North Lanarkshire

Neighbourhood Networks has worked extremely closely with North Lanarkshire Council for many years and already has 6 Networks in that Authority. North Lanarkshire Council sees Neighbourhood Networks as part of their infrastructure and the Network model as a great preventative service.
To our delight North Lanarkshire have agreed to develop a further 4 networks. We already have Networks in Motherwell, Wishaw, Bellshill, Coatbridge, Cumbernauld, & Airdrie and are very excited to be developing more new networks in North Lanarkshire.
The first of these new Networks will be in Kilsyth and we already have a few new members for this Network. In line with our Organisational Vision, and our Ten Year celebrations we intend to have a launch of this new Network on Saturday 18th February 2012 on and around Burngreen in Kilsyth from 10.30am till around 12.30pm.

This launch will hopefully take the form of some sort of special tree planting ceremony (in line with our growth & Development Vision), then hopfully some light refreshments in the Community Hall, and some information sharing about our Networks, meeting the new members, and hopefully meeting many people from the local community.
Anyone is welcome to join us on the day and we look forward to this exciting new Network in Kilsyth
