Governance

Neighbourhood Networks work is governed by a Board of Volunteer Trustees. As a "User led" Board at least half of the Trustees are people who are current members of networks or have been members in the recent past.

Other Trustees are drawn from a variety of professional backgrounds, including social care, media, fundraising and business.

The experiences and skills along with the Trustees are invaluable in steering the organisation to make the best decisions about Strategy, Growth and Development whilst at the same time ensuring Neighbourhood Networks stay safe and secure.

The Board meets for four meetings a year including an annual retreat. Sometimes trustees will also get involved in other organisational events such as Governance Training and Conferences.

Here are some profiles of our current Trustees.
