The Central team had two action packed days away at Gartmore House by Aberfoyle. The whole team chipped in to contribute their ideas, energy, skills and creativity with each other and was very much a homemade affair.. We paid homage to the Great British Bake Off and Sewing Bee as well some activities that would have made Bear Grylls proud!!
We also had the chance to share some of our own personal skills and talents with one another including Crafting and Star Gazing helping us to bring our whole selves to work.
A few days helping us to connect to each other and the vision of the organisation was time very well spent indeed.
