A member from Coatbridge has been learning the bus route to Motherwell, as her favourite shop is there – Primark!

She is now able to do this on her own and is very confident and now offers peer support to Coatbridge members, organising time to meet at Whifflet bus stop and offering assistance boarding the bus, supporting members to say what their destination is to the bus driver.

The Community Living Worker now meets members in Motherwell. Members can offer peer support to others on the return journey and members are now keen to learn another route so that they can aid new members when travelling.
