Catriona McManus

My name is Catriona. I have recently moved to North Ayrshire with my 8-year-old daughter. I love being outdoors especially when the sun is shining. 

As a child of Deaf parents, I decided to work voluntary for a Deaf Charity “Deaf Connections,” many years ago. I loved working for the charity and found the work extremely rewarding. I also worked Full-time in the Travel Industry for 16years.  

The Pandemic decimated the Travel Industry, and this is when I decided to work in Social Care as this type of work makes a difference to people’s lives. I worked with Enable Scotland before I joined Neighbourhood Networks in March 2022. 

I am really impressed with what I have seen so far at NN and love that NN is operating differently from other care companies. I`m excited for the future and developing my own Network in my community.
