Members from North Lanarkshire attended Motherwell Heritage Centre and took part in an engaging talk on the advances in technology and shifting attitudes towards domestic chores over time. Members were able to handle historical household items including a cast iron, ration, and recipe books and many more items.
Members also discussed their memories of household items their grandmother’s and mothers used to use.
A great day was had by all!
