Making Soup
North Lanarkshire
Members from the North Lanarkshire 1 network took part in a hands-on soup making class at Forgewood Community centre. Members prepared their vegetables by washing and chopping and then cooking their ingredients all the while having a chat with other people from the community who attended.
The session was relaxed and a great opportunity for building confidence, learning new things, and celebrating what they achieved with a lovely bowl of vegetable soup.
