Job Overview

Background

Neighbourhood Networks is a registered Scottish Charity with 20 year’s experience of facilitating peer networks with vulnerable adults across the Central Belt of Scotland.
We work with people who may be isolated or at risk of isolation within their communities. This may be as a result of a learning disability, poor mental health, a physical disability, sensory impairment or as a result of a variety of other circumstances.

Please note the interviews will take place on either the 1st or 2nd July 2026.

The Role

We currently have a vacancy for a Network Manager. The role involves the day to-day management of up to 5 networks ensuring Community Living Workers provide a high standard of service to network members.

Skills

We are looking for a flexible, energetic and resilient person who is committed to the vision, mission and values of the organisation. The post holder will display a can-do attitude and be passionate about supporting members of the network to achieve outcomes and reach their full potential with a focus on peer support and developing connections in the local communities.

A full driving licence and access to a car is essential.
