Bridges Project: is an independent, local charity which works with young people in East Lothian and Midlothian to help them manage the transition from adolescence to young adulthood and life beyond school. Carers of East Lothian: support people who look after someone else on an unpaid basis. This could be a relative, friend, or neighbour. Carers of East Lothian run lots of support groups across East Lothian. These are a great opportunity to meet other people in the same situation and to share experiences. CAPS Independent Advocacy: CAPS Independent Advocacy’s Experience of Trauma Project aims to bring together people who have experienced trauma and have a collective voice to create change.
