Falkirk Health and Wellbeing Activity

Members from the Forth Valley Networks had a busy morning at Larbert Library. Firstly Stephanie introduced everyone the new Neighbourhood Networks website then Members received their free gift bags from Falkirk Food Friends-these are available from Falkirk Libraries and contain an easy to follow recipe book, a beginners gardening guide, plant pot markers and a great selection of seeds. It’s a great initiative encouraging people to grow and eat their own produce. You can also borrow gardening tools from the library to help you start your gardening journey.
