Our Grangemouth members have been enjoying getting outdoors (when the weather allows) and exploring their local park.

Members explored the rose garden @Zetland Park, Grangemouth and enjoyed taking photographs of the colourful flowers.

Connecting with nature is beneficial for mental and physical wellbeing.
