Members of the Cumbernauld/Kilsyth Network took a double bus journey to Braehead for a visit to the shopping centre and Gravity Active trampoline park.

They travelled the first leg of their journey from home into Glasgow independently before meeting each other and their Community Living Worker at Buchanan Bus Station to head over to their destination. 

One member decided that trampolining wasn’t quite for him and would instead take some time wandering around the shops himself, whilst the other members walked over to the trampoline park and had good fun bouncing around and working up a sweat for the next hour.

After a walk back over to the shopping centre and a little visit into Lush, we grabbed some lunch and reconnected all members together before making the journey back to Glasgow and onwards to home. 

The members had a great day out, made all the better by some glorious sunshine
