Members from across East Lothian got together on Musselburgh beach for a picnic and ball games session. The members enjoyed eating their lunch together and then some took part in old school bat and ball games.

NN staff provided marshmallows and built a bonfire to toast them on. After hearing about the health benefits of cold-water therapy some members decided to brave the cold and have a paddle in the sea.

To end the regional meeting members took part in a meditation and wellbeing walk session led by Neighbourhood Networks staff. Everyone went home feeling happier and more relaxed.
