Litter Picking
Dunbar and Haddington
Members of the Dunbar and Haddington network borrowed litter pickers from a community hub in Dunbar and enjoyed litter picking in the sunshine, followed by a beautiful picnic at the Dunbear.
So many local people came up to say hello and thank us for helping the community and it gave us a lovely feeling. One member enjoyed it so much that they asked to be linked with with Dunbar Against Litter to help out regularly.
It also sparked an interesting discussion over who’s responsible for keeping Dunbar litter free.
