North Ayshire
Members and staff from the North Ayrshire Networks recently participated in a personal safety session from the Scottish Centre for Personal Safety in Ardrossan. They learned how to avoid confrontation and tips on staying safe when they might feel vulnerable, as well as practical self defence moves and the laws about this.
Many people come out their comfort zones and worked on building their confidence during the day, and everyone said they would love to go back again!
